Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through ezpcba.com, related quoting and order services, customer support, and any page that links here. EZ PCBA Co., Ltd. is the data controller. We do not sell personal information.
What personal information we collect
We collect only what we need to run quotes and orders. Account and login: email, password (stored hashed), IP address, and a customer code we assign. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email and name you allow that provider to share, not your Google password. Profile and company: contact name, company, country, and job details you enter. Delivery and billing: consignee name, phone, address, and postal code so we can ship and invoice. Orders, quotes, and files: board parameters, Gerber/BOM and other files you upload, and messages you send to support. Payments: order ID, amount, and the payment method you chose. Card numbers and CVV are handled by PCI-DSS processors; we do not store full card data. Site use: basic device data, plus cookies as described below. Analytics data is collected only after you accept optional cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies run the site, keep you signed in, and complete checkout. They do not require consent. Analytics cookies load only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. Choose Essential only to refuse them. You can change this later via Cookie settings in the footer, or in your browser.
How we use your information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, price and fulfill PCB and PCBA orders, tell you order status, prepare export and tax paperwork, improve the Services, and prevent fraud or abuse. If you decline to provide information we need for a quote or shipment, that part of the Services may not work. Other pages remain available.
Lawful bases
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal data to perform a contract (quotes, orders, accounts), to meet legal duties (tax, export, accounting), for legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or with your consent for optional analytics cookies. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer; that does not affect processing already carried out.
How we share your information
Partner factories in our network receive only what is required to manufacture your board, under confidentiality. We do not name those plants to other customers. Payment processors, freight carriers, and professional advisors receive what they need to do their job. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or in a merger or sale of the business, with the buyer bound to protect it no less than this Policy. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
EZ PCBA is based in China. Information may be processed in China and in other countries where our vendors operate. Where the law requires it, we use contracts and similar safeguards for those transfers.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; or to withdraw consent for optional cookies. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country. Invoices and similar records may be kept for legal retention even after a deletion request. Email privacy@ezpcba.com. We will respond within the time the law allows.
Children
The Services are aimed at adult buyers and hardware teams. If you are under 16 (or otherwise a child in your jurisdiction), do not provide personal information without a parent or guardian’s consent, and do not create an account.
Retention
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as we need it for the order, warranty, tax, audit, and dispute purposes above. We then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer legal hold applies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy by posting the new version on this page. Where a change requires a new consent (for example optional cookies), we will ask again. Other updates take effect when posted.
