Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
PCB prototypes start from 5 pcs. PCBA has no strict MOQ. We assemble from single boards for NPI through production volumes. Pricing scales with quantity.
How fast can I get a PCB quote?
Upload Gerber files or enter board parameters online and receive multi-supplier pricing in seconds. Complex stack-ups or exotic materials may be flagged for manual engineering review within one business day.
Do you support turnkey PCBA with component sourcing?
Yes. Provide BOM and assembly files; we source components, fabricate PCBs, assemble, and test. We also support consigned or partial-turnkey kits.
Which quality standards do you follow?
Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 processes. Assembly inspection defaults to IPC-A-610 Class 2, with Class 3 available on request. AOI, X-ray, ICT, and FCT are available by product need.
What export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and other shipping docs as required. HS codes and preferential origin paperwork can be prepared for your destination market.
Can I track my order after placing it?
Yes. Your customer portal shows quote status, production milestones, shipping updates, and downloadable documents for every order.
What file formats do you accept?
Gerber (RS-274X), ODB++, IPC-2581 for PCB; Excel/CSV BOM, Centroid/Pick-and-Place, and assembly drawings for PCBA. Templates and file rules are on the How We Quote page.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders. Duties and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP) are confirmed at checkout or with your account manager.
