A partner factory matched to your class and volume runs SMT, THT and the agreed test flow, with photos at first article.
4 · Ship
Boards leave with test records and export documents; tracking appears on your order page.

Turnkey FAQ
- Do you own the factory?
- No. We run a vetted partner factory network in the Pearl River Delta and match each order to a line that fits its class, volume and test needs. Audit summaries are available on request.
- Can I keep buying some parts myself?
- Yes. Partial turnkey is common: you consign contract-priced or long-lead parts and we source the remaining lines.
- How are component substitutions handled?
- Nothing is swapped silently. Each alternate is listed with manufacturer part number, datasheet and price delta, and waits for your written approval.
- What happens to leftover components?
- Attrition and MOQ overage are stated in the quote. Surplus parts are held for your next release or shipped with the order, whichever you prefer.
