How we quote

Files in, NDA signed, quotation back within 24 hours. This page explains what to send and how we itemize the price. The RFQ itself is the same assembly form. There is no second form here.

Files we need

A complete pack lets engineering quote without a clarification loop. Extensions are checked on the RFQ form; we do not parse file contents at this stage.

  • Gerber

    RS-274X or ODB++ as zip / rar / 7z. Include board outline and drill. Required.

  • BOM

    xls / xlsx / csv. Columns: MPN, description, quantity, package, reference designators, DNP flag. Required for turnkey; optional if you consign parts.

  • CPL

    Component Placement List (centroid / pick-and-place). csv / txt / xlsx. Label units and top / bottom. Required.

Schematic, test procedure, or photos go in the optional slot on the RFQ form.

24-hour reply

Complete RFQs received on a working day get an engineered quotation within 24 hours, China Standard Time (UTC+8). Incomplete files, or a consigned kit without an AVL note, start a clarification loop first, not a silent delay.

Online NDA

A Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed on the RFQ form before upload. We use Gerber, BOM, and volume data only to quote and build through qualified partner factories under confidentiality. We do not collect a second signature on this page.

Quotation line items

Every PCBA quotation uses the same five lines so purchasing can compare quotes.

PCB
Bare-board fabrication for the quoted stack-up and quantity.
Components
Turnkey parts at quote-time distributor cost, or consigned if you kit.
Assembly & Test
SMT / THT labour, AOI, and agreed ICT / FCT.
NRE
Stencil, fixtures, and programming when they apply, called out rather than buried.
Freight
Estimated ship method to your Incoterm. Duties are not hidden in the board price.
