- Gerber / ODB++ / IPC-2581 for the bare board
- BOM (Bill of Materials) with MPN, qty, and reference designators
- Pick & Place / centroid file
- Assembly drawing and special instructions (polarity, firmware, coating)
Delivery documentation
- FAI / first-article report (when requested)
- AOI / X-ray / ICT / FCT summaries as ordered
- RoHS / material declarations
- Packing list and commercial invoice for export
