Fabrication + assembly FAQ
- Can I supply my own bare boards?
- Yes. Consigned boards are inspected on arrival; anything outside the drawing is reported before the line is scheduled.
- Who is responsible if a board fails at test?
- We are. With both stages on one order, the root cause analysis and the rework or rebuild sit with a single supplier.
- Is the combined price cheaper?
- Usually, because the panel is optimized once and only one shipment leaves China. The quote still itemizes board, parts and assembly.
- Can I get the bare-board data pack?
- Yes. Stack-up, impedance report and electrical test records for the fabricated boards are released with the shipment.
