These terms govern use of ezpcba.com and related quoting/order services.
Service description
EZ PCBA provides online quoting, RFQ coordination, and order management for PCB and PCBA builds executed through a partner factory network. We are not presenting every manufacturing site as a captive plant.
Quotes and orders
Online prices are estimates until confirmed. Binding commercial terms appear on the formal quotation or order acknowledgment. Component turnkey pricing may change with market availability.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, EZ PCBA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Dispute resolution
Parties will first attempt good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Shenzhen, PRC, under applicable rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
