DFM Checklist Before You Order PCBs

Geometry that passes first DFM
Keep minimum trace/space at or above 3/3 mil unless you have confirmed an advanced lane. Maintain annular ring ≥ 0.1 mm where possible.
Mask and silkscreen
Leave adequate solder-mask dams and keep silkscreen off pads. Matte finishes and uncommon colors may add lead time.
Outline and panelization
Provide a clear board outline layer and state units in mm. If you need mouse bites or V-score, document the keep-outs.
