Who pays import duties?

We do. Orders to the U.S. ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and customs clearance are included in the price you see, and the carrier will not ask you for payment on delivery. Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and a packing list. On an assembly quotation, freight and import duty are shown as separate lines.
