How should I format my BOM?

Use one row per unique part, in an xls, xlsx or csv file, with these columns: - Reference designators (R1, R2, R5) - Manufacturer part number - Manufacturer - Quantity per board - Package (0402, SOD-123, LQFP-48) - Description Mark parts that must not be populated as DNP. If you accept alternates, list the approved part numbers; if a part must not be substituted, say so in the notes. You can download our BOM template from the How We Quote page.
